Every individual will experience trauma in their lifetime, and is something many people end up working on in sessions, even if they initially did not seek services to navigate healing from trauma. However, I also support clients with a number of other challenges! Please reach out with additional questions or to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if my services are a good fit.

I currently only offer virtual, individual therapy sessions for adults in Colorado. However, I may offer in-person sessions in the future.

If you cancel a therapy session within 24-hours of your appointment, I charge a $75 late cancellation fee. I offer one “free” or no charge late cancellation per client.
